11月上旬から10月末、9月、萎んでるのが8月。
萎んでてもキレイだね。
75mm LONG 。
最後の中苗は酷暑8月のユッタリ目栽培。
クッソ透明。
これは60mmポリ。
去年で屋外ツメツメ栽培の完成の予定でしたが、齧られたりなんだりで納得いっていなかったので今年も作り込んでます。
まあ水遣るだけなんですが。
うん、まあキレイになったじゃろう。
同ナンバーで別個体のも割りと見かけますが、コイツで満足です。
次はもう一回室内でユッタリ目に作り込んでみるかな・・・。
狭いのでちょっと億劫ですが。
12月以降まだ伸び代あると思いますが、画像がとっ散らかるんで小まめに載せないとな・・・。

砂肝の話の続き。
とりあえず4分の1くらいテキトーに味付けして焼いて食べたので、今度はちょっと味付けを工夫してみる。
タンが好きなんですが、アレは高いので砂肝をタン的な味付けにして代用する作戦だ。
というワケで塩ダレとレモンで食うことにする。
塩ダレはゴマ油とみりんとチューブにんにくと味覇のパチモノみたいのとかで作る。
ネギと一緒に焼いてレモンぶっかけて食う！
いいぞ！割りとそれっぽい！
塩ダレでコリコリしてれば美味いぞ！
しかし生の砂肝はまあ切るのが大変ですよ。
軽く湯通しでもしてからでもいいかもしれない。
ちなみに硬いところも捨てずに食います。
硬いのがイイんです。
でもちょっと工夫して柔らかくしても面白いかも。
シャリアピン砂肝とかも楽しそう。
